About to check out the new Black Breath. But for stuff that I've been listening to lately:

Impiety - Skullfucking Armageddon
Aura Noir - Black Thrash Attack (Always listening to this)
Aura Noir - Out to Die (Not great, not bad. Has one or two really killer songs.)

Every once in a great while, that happens.
Anyway, I spent a lot of drunken nights listening to this back in the early '90's.

At the Gates -- The Red in the Sky is Ours
Taake -- Noregs Vaapen

Maybe the most constipated sounding rec ever.

Gluey and Eggnog are up there too. Lysol's on another plane, man.

Finally caved in and cancelled my emusic.com account and replaced it with rhapsody.com

It's too good a deal--ten bucks a month for 14 million tracks. They even have Black Witchery on there.

Mostly been listening to kids' music with my daughter today, but I'm excited about exploring some of the bands mentioned on this forum. I've already added some bands to my library: Carpathian Forest, Darkthrone, Sodom, et. al.

Sorry, this sounds like a commercial. Buy some ash sandals now!

Gluey is maybe more metal, Eggnog more ... schizophrenic? Charmi-fucking-carmicat. WTF.

Lysol took a sharp turn and into their modern sound, no?

Charmicarmicat is the shit. Ha ha ha. I saw 'em do that at the masq eons ago. just sat there being pushed around by the pa's wind. Dale was just wearing his BVDs. Went on forever...

Lysol, yeah, I guess, more modern, but so much larger sounding than anything Houdini on, it's almost wrong to say that. The Alice Cooper cover is nuts.

I never got to see them back in the day. Still kick my ass for missing them with Helmet opening.

I can see what you're saying about Lysol. The sound is bigger, but the songs on Bullhead are so ... unconventional. Damaged, almost. I stopped listening to them after Houdini and, specifically, Prick.
