Yeah if theres any sort of shade in that lot whoever gets there first should try to secure it.

Looks like I might have to get a ride to this so if I do I won't have a cooler with me.

When I saw Maiden in Houston it had to be over 100 degress that day but that venue had a good breeze flowing so it wasn't as bad. Haven't been to Lakewood since Sabbath played Ozzfest last time but don't remember much breeze flowing. FUCK IT!!! It's Maiden.

Got a small grill, charcoal, and a little cooler. There is probably enough charcoal for two or three little grills.

Don't know what time I'll get there, but I'll plan to bring beer and possibly some grillable food.
Let the joyous celebrations of Hell begin!

Was that 2010? Tommy and I were there. I was smoking weed and drinking a beer on Tommy's tailgate, while a Texan Sheriff rode by on a horse and gave the slightest nod.

You didn't flinch at all. It wasn't until she had completely trotted on by in those sweet lady deputy riding pants that I realized how narrow our escape was. Classic.

We must have been insane Tommy. I know I always forget but how many hours was it from leaving Atlanta, getting drunk, watching Maiden, eating Denny's then driving back to MS? I know between the two of us it was at least $400 in gas.

If anyone wants to see the "leaked" setlist, it's up on Metalsetlists.com. Might not be right though...I thought the tour started last night but it's tonight.

I spent every bit of $300 in gas when I drove to Ft. Lauderdale to see 'em a few years ago. Fortunately we had a free place to stay on the beach for a couple days so it worked out alright.

We left Houston shit faced and drove all the fucking way back to a suburb of Haddiesburg, MS. All in all I think we left here at 4am (right when I got off work) and were on the move or drinking until 9am the next day. Shit was amazing. I have pictures from the tailgate and we literally look like zombies.

So how is everyone gettin in touch to meet up?

Also just so ya know livenation announced a few awesome things about summer shows. 4 dollar beers, better food inside for cheaper, and more concession stands and employees. But all I had to hear was 4 dollar beers compared to the 11 and up ones the last few shows at Lakewood
