Still better than Incarceri 9.
That was actually pretty funny.

Cerrone - Supernature
Cool, atmospheric disco from the 70s that certainly influence the Scissor Sisters.

The Cliches - Monkey See, Monkey Do
Swedish oi that has a bit of a junk shop/Status Quo feel at times. Much better than the average band in this genre today.

Big Eyes - Hard Life
Power pop coolness

Killing Joke - various

Grand Magus - The Hunt
Holy shit this is good fucking metal.

Blur - Modern Life is Rubbish

Conan soundtracks

Dirty Rig - Blood, Sweat and Beer
Just like it sounds

Morbid Angel
Altars of Madness

Morrissey - tons of various

Nachtmystium - Silencing Machine
This is close to the top album of the year for me so far.

Give Up the Ghost
What I expected American Nightmare to sound like. Meh.

Conflict - There is No Rebellion....

Straight Ahead - Collection
Not the most inspired posicore.

Shipwrecked - My Scandanavia
The best hardcore album in years. Hands fucking down.

Slayer - Hell Awaits
Decent stuff. These guys might stick around if people will step up and show some support.

The Ropes - s/t and Demo II
Minute long blasts of fury.

Newest one is great. And Violent Revolution was a great come-back album too.

I keep spinning Phantom Antichrist and I'm coming around to it. It just doesn't have the immediate impact that Hordes of Chaos had for me. I think PA is very decent album, but HoC set a very high bar, IMO. Fuck, I love that album.

Spun some Beady Eye on the way to work after watching the Olympics Closing Ceremony last night. What a production that was.

Found this LP at a thriftstore. Pretty insane coverart.

Nice score. The title song has an addictive hook.

Disadvantage of listening to streaming music: you hear an artist you really like on Pandora (Wastelander - "Wardrive") and it doesn't show up in the search results for Rhapsody. Bloody shame.

Luckily I've become immune to the annoyances of kids' TV and kids' music, probably due to overexposure.
