Truth. Five years later, I still can't believe I made it through the whole film. Definitely in the running for worst pile of shit Lloyd Kaufman ever put the Troma name on.

If you've watched The Warriors and Escape from New York too many times and thought to yourself, "Hmm, these movies just have too much budget and not enough Italianness and Fred Williamson" well, you need to see 1990: The Bronx Warriors STAT!

Oh, and never fear, there is indeed a follow-up with extra "Escape."

And just to tie this all together neatly, the filmmaker, Enzo G. Castellari (thank him for the original Inglourious Bastards), also made this gem:

Yeah, I used my Sunday productively. They can't all be Hanna.

Thankfully, Enzo Castellari also made some great Italian westerns in his earlier years. Kill Them All and Come Back Alone, Seven Winchesters for A Massacre, and particularly Keoma (in spite of Franco Nero himself singing/croaking much of the repeating theme throughout the film) are all pretty badass.

This was hilariously bad. Boobs are always a plus, though.

I'm not hating in the least. I love garbage. I'll have to checkout some of those westerns. Dude shoots a good looking flick. He was offered the chance to Make Zombie (Zombi), but turned it down when the producers wouldn't meet his budget demands. Funny, that.

Out of curiosity, I looked this up. It stars a "Jeff Clayton." Is it the Jeff Clayton?

Wilson says yes, but he lies a lot. So make of that what you will.

Edit: He says "He's one of the guys yelling "rabbi" at the old man getting him mad." I think he's trying to get me to watch it again. :(

Wrapping presents and watching Puppet Master. Yes, again.

-- Message to sleyja --

You would look super with this mullet:

This is a head of hair that commands rock'n'roll respect. You owe it to yourself to begin growing this immediately. Bonus: Jordan will cry himself to sleep nightly.

You're welcome.

Because this is a topic on which I have strong feelings, I'm going to go way off-topic for a moment.

I fully back a well planned and executed mullet.

I've been trying to get my man to grow any of these mullet styles for years, but he refuses and continues trying to turn into Don Draper.

For the more conservative, business-friendly look:

To step it up a bit and get a little wilder:

But, really the only way to go is with the Sharpie Aussie mullet. Best presented on any member of Rose Tattoo at any point in their history:

This is well researched, Kay. I'm impressed.

So we are in agreement: Sam will begin growing the rock'n'roll mullet immediately, and Jim will cultivate a Sharpie Aussie mullet.

I think we've done some good work here. Meeting adjourned.

Hahah. Pretty sure I had something close to that Dennis Miller cut at some point. I'll have to check the shoebox.

I am in agreement in regards to these new hairstyles for Sam and Diana, respectively.

Ha. No way. The Romanian gives great haircuts, but the only style she understands is Soccer Mom. And any time I ask her to do something she doesn't agree with, she totally pretends she doesn't understand English. That woman got the devil in her.
