Trashy Atlanta venues?

Post by Gorgorostrich » Fri May 24th, 2013, 12:13 am

So, I'd like to know about this.

If I ever manage to get a band together, the first thing I'd like to do (maybe even before learning/writing any songs) would be to go play for free in a dilapidated basement like you see in old video recordings of punk bands. Preferably, it could be a regular thing.

Are there places like that, here?
Do I have to know the right people?

many atlanta-area homes have basements

i suppose you would want to know the homeowner if you choose to play in said basement

Sweet!
Just bought it. They even took a bit off the asking price for me.
You should come over. I have all this weed, but I get paranoid if I do it alone.
