thanks for the heads up, thats absolutely ridiculous, a mid sized premium event venue that does NOT have a fucking parking lot, god that place is a fucking joke.

Glad I didn't drive over for this. Peace of mind, but disappointing. Immolation and ND a combined 1:15. CC takes 25 minutes to set up these days. Ending at 10:40 my time. These are not acceptable statements. Down played here the other week and finished at 12:50 on a thursday. There is a crapload of us that have made the drive over from god knows where for many years. Too much to ask from the tour organizers to get to see Immolation play 45 and ND around an hour? If not the tour's fault, who?

There is a small lot open at the end of the side road now. The sound guy sucked and there was barely any snare all night. The show was great though, ND and CC were both killer.

I thought all the bands had great sound. Even when Immolation played all those new songs I don't know, I could make them out and get into them, rather than it being a blur of noise. Oddly though, when they played Dawn of Possession the guitars seemed drowned out by the drums.

Cannibal Corpse sounded great and I dug those Torture songs they played, had a very old school feel to them. And finally, I'm glad a band plays the old shit I know at the beginning instead of the end.

guitars were nearly inaudible for Napalm Death. Masq should just close forever

Major bang-over today from Cannibal Corpse. Just can not go wrong with those guys, ever. Immolation was killer as always. Awful sound...what hasn't already been said ten thousand times? Still a great night. Good turnout and way more beer than was necessary. Successful evening.

The Masq is like the CBGBs of metal and its kind of like a status thing to have a good show there. Thats what some friends who book tours told me. I understand it for bigger out of town bands, but sucks for all of us.

ND was a giant all of noise. Which was cool but it was hard for me to make out the songs. Security, mainly the little guy on the left, was being a little over the top with how he was handling kids. Should have gotten his teeth kicked in.
