Remember four or five years ago when EVERYONE was doing the Planets suite? It was everywhere. All the orchestras were suddenly fired up about Holst as if he won American Idol or something. It was weird.

I just like that everyone from Diamond Head to John Williams has stolen from Mars.

Not currently listening to this, but I will be tomorrow when I bring my laptop to work:

http://skullshitter.bandcamp.com/album/ ... nchgrinder

Probably some Holst influence there as well.

All I know is that The Woman was driving us home (Me drunk as fuck) and Ahab was playing and I was going berserk. Must. See. Them. Live.

Various crap on Rhapsody.
Nuclear Assault -- Survive. This was my favorite of theirs, back in the day, but I haven't listened to it in ages. It is pretty remarkable how well it has held up, although I'm finding that I like different songs, now. I was all about "Brainwashed" back then.
Slayer -- Reign In Blood. It might finally have happened -- I may have listened to this record too much. It's only taken a quarter of a century.
